  The personal at this pharmacy have no idea of customer service. Wait times are extreme with long lines and no apparent concern from employees. If my doctor calls a prescription into the pharmacy, it might be ready the next day or not. Reaching the pharmacy by phone is a joke, if someone does answer, you can’t be sure of the truth. I have been told a prescription was ready and arriving at the store being told it would be 30 minutes and after an hour being told again 30 minutes. The attitude seems to be “we are doing you a favor.” One of the counter clerks recommends going to the South Kankakee Walmart for decent pharmacy service. This is not a one time complaint and spending so much time in line waiting, I get the same story from other customers. The common refrain is that Meijers will be here next year and they will be taking their business there. Me too.
