The cleaner left marks and damaged my shoe and when I asked to exchange it they argued with me and told me its because I have cheap a** shoes. sorry Im not a tool and pay $300 for a pair of overpriced Jordan's. The other cleaner I usually buy never did that to my shoes. they were extremely rude and disrespectful. Terrible customer service.
